The U.S. Probation Office for the Northern District of New York solicits for treatment services in accordance with standards set by the Probation and Pretrial Services Office and the Procurement Management Division. Grants are not awarded, rather, interested vendors enter into agreements which are similar to a fee-for-service arrangement in that the vendor is only paid for the services provided. In order to become a treatment provider, a vendor must complete a Request for Proposal (RFP, also see Vendor Forms) and must meet all the requirements within.
